There are numerous Ayaths  and Clues about The Universe , contemplation Research and Exploration .

Muslims are followers of a religion which emphasizes on Contemplation, Research and Quran repeatedly urges on contemplation in such words like:

Afala yatafakkarun" (أَفَلَا يَتَفَكَّرُونَ) is an Arabic phrase from the Quran  which  means, "Will they not think?" or "Will they not reflect?".

It is used multiple times in the Quran to encourage believers to reflect on     the signs of God in creation and within themselves, and to ponder the verses of the Quran.

From the smallest particle to the grandest planet, everything in the universe is a Divine masterpiece of art. The Sun, Stars, galaxies, wind , Mountains ,Solar System , seas, moon , changing of  the weathers ,different creatures and plants, microorganism and a lot more  a splendid exhibition of wisdom

Every Message of Quran is Unique if You ponder on it . Here are some  Teachings of Quran  which look like a minaret of Guidance and make us ponder how our Lord Allah Almighty Explains his words to us.

In the given below Verses we are taught to Think, Explore and use intellect:

                             إِنَّ فِى خَلْقِ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَٱخْتِلَـٰفِ ٱلَّيْلِ وَٱلنَّهَارِ لَـَٔايَـٰتٍۢ لِّأُو۟لِى ٱلْأَلْبَـٰبِ ١٩٠

Indeed, in the creation of the heavens and the earth and the alternation of the day and night there are signs for people of reason.

Indeed, we are surrounded by the curiosities (Wonders) of Allah’s creation, and are witness to the everyday miracles of life on this planet. For this contemplation is a much-emphasized theme in the Quran. Allah repeatedly exhorts us to reflect, ponder, give thought, reason and meditation.

Quran defines the universe with moral purpose. The vastness of space and time is not meaningless ,The Qur’an says: “We did not create the heaven and earth and all that is between them in vain…” (38:27) and “He created death and life to test you as to which of you is best in deed” (67:2).

In an another place Quran reveals ;

Do you not see that Allah sends down water from the cloud, then makes it go along in the earth in springs, then brings forth therewith herbage of various colors, then it withers so that you see it becoming yellow, then He makes it a thing crushed and broken into pieces? Most surely there is a reminder in this for the men of understanding.” ( Sora e Zumar, 21)

The who is Man of Understanding?  Of course  those  who Believe and explore. Unluckily Majority of the Muslims only recite  Quran for gaining Sawab ( reward )

The Quran frequently points to the natural world, the water cycle, crop cultivation, the diversity of human languages and colors, the alternation of night and day, and the human body's development—as "signs" (ayat) for those who think. Pondering these signs can enhance appreciation of Allah's creative ability and wisdom.

Contemplation (tadabbur) is considered an essential act of worship and a path to deeper faith and self-improvement. The Quran contains verses explicitly urging this practice, such as:

·         "˹This is˺ a blessed Book which We have revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ so that they may contemplate its verses, and people of reason may be mindful" (Quran 38:29).

The Quran repeatedly uses the phrase afala yatafakkarun (meaning "will they not reflect?" or "do you not ponder?") to emphasize the importance of using one's intellect, reason, and critical thinking. It is an imperative for believers to ponder the signs (ayat) of God in both the scripture and the natural world, rather than accepting information blindly.

Do they not  contemplate  concerning  themselves” ( Al- Rum .30-8 )

Think about how a single cell  develops over time into a fully grown Human

In short, Entire verses of Quran  reveal something  thoughtful to those who read and ponder, for this many times ulī l-albāb – “those of understanding” – a two-word expression: ulī “those who possess,” and l-albāb “understanding” has been mention in Quran  which clearly Indicates those who contemplate .
